Please be aware that our Annual General Meeting is on Sunday 25th January 2026 at 6pm. 2025 was another successful year for Lodway CC, and we continue to develop both on and off the pitch. It's really important that as many members attend as possible to keep developing our club for the future generations.

The AGM is an important constitutional gathering of the members of Lodway Cricket Club to hear about the progress of the Club, recent and on-going developments and be part of our decision making and our future direction of the Club. Everyone associated with the club is welcome to attend the annual general meeting, please note only paid up members are eligible to vote as per the club rules:

Club Members (playing and non-playing), Life Members and Vice Presidents are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Patrons, Junior Members and Sports Members are not entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.

In the case of all categories of membership an interval of two days must elapse following the time at which any person is admitted to membership and that person being admitted to the privileges of membership.

As always, nominations are able to be made for the following roles in our Club. Nominations should be received by the secretary no later than seven days before the AGM. The current incumbent of the roles in bold have indicated they intend to stand down at the AGM.

In addition, if you have any other business that you feel is relevant to the AGM, including the nomination of life members, then please note that this should be submitted, in writing, to the secretary at least seven days before the meeting.
